Singapore Changi Airport is serviced by a range of buses and trains. While the number 36 bus runs regularly between the city and the airport, the metro train offers a faster journey, travelling from the airport’s station to Tanah Merah Station.

Check-in counters can be found just past the entrance of the departures hall.

A 24 hour left baggage storage facility operated by Herilela Hospitality can be found in terminal 1 while in terminals 2 and 3 there is an EASYBAG operated left baggage storage.

Singapore Changi Airport is home to two KrisFlyer Gold Lounges and two SIA SilverKris Lounges. KrisFlyer Elite Gold and Star Alliance Gold passengers flying with Singapore Airlines are welcome to enjoy the KirsFlyer Gold Lounges located in the departure transit lounges of terminals 2 and 3, while Star Alliance First and Business Class passengers as well as SilkAir PPS Members flying with Singapore Airlines can access the SIA SilverKris Lounges, also located in terminals 2 and 3. Facilities vary between the lounges and may include free wi-fi, internet kiosks, shower rooms, self-service buffet and bar counters.
