For reasons of pure choice, value and selection, die-hard shoppers in Vegas may feel as though they won the jackpot. Whether your scene is the value oriented outlet malls, trendy name brand shops or high end boutiques and luxury department stores, Las Vegas enjoys what is possibly the world’s most extensive and vibrant retail landscape. Before you go, print your Shop Vegas Passport for discounts at seven partnering venues.

The Wynn and Encore Esplanades at Wynn Las Vegas

Strictly luxe brands occupy the space at one of the city’s most exclusive and unique shopping experiences. Think Givenchy's first U.S. boutique, Manolo Blahnik’s second, plus Rolex, Chanel, Hermès, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Loro Piana and Nicholas Kirkwood. Personal shopping assistants available by appointment.

Appian Way Shops at Caesars Palace

As well as a life-sized replica of Michelangelo’s David, you’ll find clever and unusual gifts at P!Q, handmade men’s and women’s jewellery at King Baby, trendy fashion outlet Carina and exotic boutique olive oil and balsamic vinegar merchant Olive & Beauty. There’s even a cigar store offering pre-embargo Cubans!

The Shops at The Cosmopolitan

Youthful and feisty brands that are the cutting-edge of style feature in this wide-ranging boutique arcade. Typical hipster labels here include Beckley, SKINS 62, AllSaints Spitalfields, Jason of Beverly Hills and the sought-after CRSVR, which knocks out limited edition sneakers and men's and women's casual fashion.

Crystals at CityCenter

This exclusive retail extravaganza boasts every luxury brand known to woman, as well as elaborate art, floral décor, water and ice displays and a 21 metre high tree house. This is also the only Las Vegas location for boutique shops Tom Ford, Donna Karan, TAG Heuer, Stella McCartney, Lanvin, Miu Miu, Paul Smith, Kiki de Montparnasse, Mikimoto and Porsche Design.

The Fashion Show

At this 186,000 square metre mall at the northern end of the Strip, models strut the runway on weekends wearing clothes you can buy that day. Gowns, heels, hot dresses, mani/pedis, beauty treatments, purses, handbags and men’s lines – all under one roof.

Grand Bazaar Shops

Haggle amidst the sights, sounds and smells of a traditional Middle Eastern market near Bally's Las Vegas. Modelled on the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul, this two-acre mall has more than 80 boutiques and the nightly Swarovski Crystal Starburst Light Show, featuring a 4-metre diameter structure composed of 924 custom-cut crystal spheres.

Container Park

A funky little start-up retail and relaxation hub housed in converted shipping containers that is fronted – for some reason – by a giant mechanical fire-breathing praying mantis with a British accent (in fairness, this is Las Vegas so will probably not even be the strangest thing you see this morning). Boutique shops include vintage toys, doll's houses, home décor, fashion, jewellery and design, plus galleries, dining, and entertainment including a playground and treehouse for the kids.

Las Vegas North Premium Outlets

More than 150 designer and name-brand stores offering discounts of 25 – 60% including Adidas, Banana Republic, Dolce & Gabbana, Elie Tahari, Guess, Kenneth Cole, Lacoste, Michael Kors, Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren, Salvatore Ferragamo, Timberland, Tommy Hilfiger and Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th.

Hotel boutiques

Most of the leading hotels have thoroughly browse-worthy boutique arcades too. Check out Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood; Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian / The Palazzo; The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace; and The LINQ Promenade.
