Overview

Since 1947 Air Pacific has opened the world up to the beautiful island of Fiji and the South Pacific region as a whole. Previously known as Fiji Airways, the majority of the airline is owned by the Fijian government, with Qantas, Air New Zealand and various South Pacific governments also owning stakes within the company.

Based at Nadi International Airport, Air Pacific has a fleet of six and flies to 17 destinations spanning Canada, New Zealand, Asia, the US, the South Pacific and Australia. From Australia, the airline operates direct flights from Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney to Nadi.

When flying with Air Pacific, you can choose from Pacific Voyager and Tabua classes. Though not a part of an alliance, Air Pacific has close ties with oneworld members Qantas, American Airlines and Alaska Airlines and is a participating airline in their frequent flyer program. Air Pacific also operates its own Tabua Club loyalty program, allowing members access to the airline’s lounge, as well as additional baggage and VIP treatment.

When flying with Air Pacific, you can check-in at the airport from 3 hours up until 60 minutes prior to the flight’s departure.

Tabua

Comfort

Tabua is Air Pacific’s Business air fare. As such, Tabua cabins are fully equipped with spacious seats with a pitch of 50 to 57 inches and 10 to 18 inches in recline, based on the aircraft.

Dining

Dining in Air Pacific’s Tabua cabin is a three course affair. Complementing beverages are also served including champagne, fine wines and liqueurs. Cheese plates are also available.

Entertainment

Sit back, relax and enjoy a multitude of entertainment options in Tabua class. The cabin has seat-back screens offering up to 22 channels on all 747 aircraft, while personal walkmans with 10 channels are offered on767-300 aircraft.

Baggage

Air Pacific allows Tabua passengers to bring 2 pieces of 7kg (each) hand luggage, 60kg of check baggage for flights to North American and 30kg of checked baggage for flights to all other destinations.

Air Pacific’s Tabua Lounge can be found at Nadi International Airport. Within the lounge, Tabua Class passengers and Tabua Club members can enjoy complimentary full bar service, dine on snacks and relax with a shower.
