I had an amazing experience with Megan as my travel agent previously so I set an appointment with her again for my upcoming trip. Megan gave excellent service and made everything stress-free from me as I was having to book for tickets a bit closer to the dates than I would normally do. Had a slight blooper that I had to readjust flight dates coming back and Megan sorted out and adjusted the dates promptly which made things alot less stressful for me. She never disappoints and would highly recommend as a Travel Agent in this agency. Excellent service and pleasant to communicate to with regards to bookings for trips and its related services (accomodations, itineraries, travel insurance and the like). Alex and Anna arranged everything for our family trip overseas. Everything went without a glitch. All the little things had been thought about & considered which makes such a difference when travelling with children.

Alex and her team were wonderful to work with. I needed an around the world ticket that aligned with my frequent flyer status and she made the process easy and seamless. Extremely helpful in rebooking flights (4!) to Europe after a fire closed down the Wellington airport on my day of travel. With the help of Alex, all was sorted and I was on my way the next day.
