We cannot thank Sharlotte enough for the incredible support she gave us. We needed to arrange an emergency trip to England under very emotional and difficult circumstances, and Sharlotte went above and beyond to make everything happen. Not being experienced travellers we wanted some one who dealt with everything for our 4 weeks travelling by train in Europe. Alex made me feel relaxed and listened to what we wanted and needed. From great seats on our long haul flights, advice re stopovers, transit hotels, perfect timings for train travel and check in to the most wonderful hotels which filled us with anticipation about what we would find! It also was within our budget and removed all the stress. If we travel again we will definitely use this team again!

5/5 Stars – Flawless 30th Anniversary Trip Planned Remotely! We used Janice from Travel Associates Burleigh Heads QLD to plan our 30th wedding anniversary trip, and she was absolutely incredible. Even though everything was handled entirely online and over the phone, the process was completely seamless from start to finish. Janice truly listened to what we wanted. The absolute highlight was her recommendation of the G Adventures Ultimate Italy tour. It was perfect for us, striking the exact balance between curated sightseeing and plenty of free time to explore on our own. She also seamlessly handled all the intricate logistics for the rest of our journey. Janice perfectly organized our airport transfers and tours in Dubai—the evening desert safari she booked for us was amazing and a massive highlight of our stopover! We had such a fantastic experience working with Raya to organise our recent Sunshine Coast holiday. From the very beginning, Raya made everything incredibly easy. Our travel and accommodation were all beautifully organised, and when we decided to make a few changes along the way, nothing was ever a problem. What I particularly appreciated was Raya’s communication. I had an amazing experience with Megan as my travel agent previously so I set an appointment with her again for my upcoming trip. Megan gave excellent service and made everything stress-free from me as I was having to book for tickets a bit closer to the dates than I would normally do. Had a slight blooper that I had to readjust flight dates coming back and Megan sorted out and adjusted the dates promptly which made things alot less stressful for me. She never disappoints and would highly recommend as a Travel Agent in this agency. Excellent service and pleasant to communicate to with regards to bookings for trips and its related services (accomodations, itineraries, travel insurance and the like). Alex and Anna arranged everything for our family trip overseas. Everything went without a glitch. All the little things had been thought about & considered which makes such a difference when travelling with children.

Alex and her team were wonderful to work with. I needed an around the world ticket that aligned with my frequent flyer status and she made the process easy and seamless. Extremely helpful in rebooking flights (4!) to Europe after a fire closed down the Wellington airport on my day of travel. With the help of Alex, all was sorted and I was on my way the next day.
