She made us feel comfortable, gave us the best advice for flights, insurance, spending money etc., as this was our first long haul trip it was very reassuring. We had booked a tour of Europe which was scheduled for 24 days, about 4-6 months later she contacted us to let us know that the tour didn't meet minimum numbers and offered to upgrade us to the 28 day tour (which we had originally wanted to book but couldn't afford), changed our flights to make the itinerary work for us all at no cost!
