Emirates is upgrading their entire Boeing 777 flight experience.

For luxury travellers, Emirates’ A380 Business Class has long been the gold standard in air travel, renowned for its spacious cabins and direct aisle access. However, those connecting to other cities on Emirates’ Boeing 777 often faced a less-than-ideal experience due to the older 2-3-2 seating layout, requiring Business Class passengers to navigate around their seatmates.
That’s all changing as Emirates has announced that their entire Boeing 777 fleet will undergo a nose-to-tail cabin interior facelift, elevating the travel experience to match the high standards set by their A380 aircraft.

A redesigned cabin
The most notable and celebrated change will be in Business Class, where the outdated 2-3-2 seating is being replaced with a sleek 1-2-1 layout.
This upgrade guarantees that every Business Class passenger enjoys direct aisle access, significantly enhancing privacy—a feature previously unavailable when connecting to more than 100 cities, including Dublin, Lisbon, Athens, and beyond.

A new look for Business Class
The upgraded Business Class on the Boeing 777 features a contemporary and inviting cabin. Borrowing inspiration from their flagship A380, each of the 38 seats, now 20.7 inches wide, converts into a lie-flat bed with a padded headrest for optimal comfort.
The staggered seating arrangement ensures aisle access for every seat, with direct entry and exit for passengers. The seat is accentuated with a touch screen seat controller for in-flight entertainment and seat operation, a personal 23-inch HD screen, personal mini-bar, large table, and ample storage for personal devices, charging outlets, and much more.
The Boeing 777 Business Class cabin will also include a small bar for customers to grab mid-flight snacks and refreshments.
With these upgrades, Emirates is ensuring that the Boeing 777 matches the level of luxury that travellers have come to expect from its A380 fleet.
Whether flying short or long-haul, Business Class passengers can now look forward to a world-class experience across the Emirates fleet, a welcome update from luxury travellers.
