The hotel offers a total of 156 rooms, comprising 144 rooms and 12 suites. The room types include Cairnhill Rooms, Emerald Rooms, Metropolitan Suites, and COMO Suites. Cairnhill Rooms provide private sanctuaries with city views, with selected rooms offering roll-in bathrooms for wheelchair access. Emerald Rooms offer a peaceful respite from the city, with space for an extra cot upon request and customised furnishings. The Metropolitan Suite features a comfortable living and dining area, can sleep up to three adults, and offers stunning city views through wall-to-wall windows. The two-bedroom COMO Suite provides a home-away-from-home feel, including a generous living and dining area, cooking capabilities, and accommodates up to four adults with en suite bathrooms in both bedrooms. Located on the top three floors, each COMO Suite offers panoramic city views and is equipped with SleepHub® technology, COMO Shambhala Sleep essential oils, and nightly chamomile tea to enhance sleep quality.
