At its heart is “Les Parisiens”, a chic neighborhood hub in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, where Chef Thibault Sombardier – renowned for his role in Parisian haute-bistronomy – and Executive Chef Matthieu Pirola craft an authentic dining experience. The wine cellar is equally impressive, showcasing an eclectic selection of biodynamic and plot-based cuvées, distinguished labels from France’s great appellations, and champagnes from both artisanal winemakers and prestigious houses. 

For relaxation and rejuvenation, the hotel features Spa des Prés, located in its vaulted cellars. These cellars were once home to the mythical cabaret "Quod Libet," where renowned artist Léo Ferré began his career. For this reason, the steps leading down to it are now classified as a historical monument. Here, the silence and water reflections on the old stones create a magical atmosphere. The Spa includes a deep pool with water jets, a fitness room, a meditation and yoga room, two massage cabins, and a hammam. Additionally, guests can enjoy live Parisian music evenings every first Thursday of the month at the James Joyce Bar.

Perched beneath the eaves, the James Joyce Suite is a poetic 70m² retreat that honours the legendary Irish writer who once called this room his own. It was here that Joyce penned the final lines of his “cathedral of prose,” Ulysses. Today, the suite transforms that bohemian spirit into quiet luxury, with its exposed wooden beams, cosy attic charm, and sweeping, dreamlike views over the rooftops of Paris. Rooms and suites range from 39m² to 70m². 

All room types are equipped with complimentary and unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a bathtub or shower. Some rooms feature a duplex (two-level) layout. Guests can enjoy views of either the courtyard or Rue du Pré-aux-Clercs. In-room amenities include a complimentary bottle of water, a selection of teas and hot drinks, bathrobes and slippers, Coding toiletries, daily room service, coverage service, a telephone, office desk, personal safe, mini-bar, and an LCD flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a magnifying mirror, and a hairdryer.
