One of her most memorable itineraries was a remarkable African journey for long-term clients, combining the iconic Blue Train with Victoria Falls and a stay aboard the Shalati Train on the Bridge. What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
Creating a once-in-a-lifetime African journey for long-term clients, featuring the Blue Train, Victoria Falls and Shalati Train on the Bridge. I love uncovering unique experiences and hidden gems that exceed my clients’ expectations.
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
I take the time to truly understand my clients, then seek out special experiences and hidden gems they may never discover themselves. For me, going above and beyond means creating meaningful memories that last long after they return home.
What is your number one travel tip?
Travel with an open mind. Embrace the unexpected, step outside your comfort zone and be open to discovering new places, cultures and experiences. Some of the most memorable travel moments are the ones you never planned for.
What are your favourite destinations to visit and why?
Las Vegas for its fun, anything-goes atmosphere, incredible entertainment and relaxed approach to life. Italy for the warmth of its people, beautiful scenery and, of course, the incredible food and wine. Both are destinations I never tire of!
Where or what is still on your travel bucket list?
Africa is at the very top of my bucket list. I dream of waking up at Giraffe Manor with giraffes at my window, and witnessing elephants wander through Mfuwe Lodge. I want to feel the wonder, wildness and magic of Africa as nature intended.
What is your favourite travel memory?
Taking my Mum to Europe is a travel memory I will treasure forever. We reunited with a long-lost friend in Italy, then travelled together on a river cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam. Sharing those incredible experiences, laughter and precious moments with my Mum made the journey truly unforgettable.
What is your favourite luxury hotel and why?
The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. I love the balcony rooms overlooking the Bellagio fountains — there’s something magical about sitting outside, taking in the lights and watching the fountain show from your own private balcony. It’s pure Vegas magic!

I love travel because it’s about so much more than visiting new places. It’s about creating memories, embracing new experiences, discovering the unexpected and feeling that sense of excitement and wonder. It’s about the stories you collect along the way — the moments you laugh about, the experiences you treasure and the memories that stay with you for a lifetime.
