What is the most amazing experience you have created for a client?
I had some clients go to Italy for a wedding in Tuscany, and secured a villa for two weeks of rest and relaxation set amongst vineyards.
What is your number one travel tip?
Snap a quick photo of your checked luggage before you travel. it’s a simple step that can significantly speed up the identification and recovery process if your bag goes missing.
What are your favourite destinations and why?
USA and Canada for their variety of landscapes and ease of travel. Europe for its culture and history. Japan, South Korea and Vietnam for the food, culture and historical sites.
How do you go above and beyond for your clients?
I’m always committed to going the extra mile. On occasion, I’ve personally driven clients to the airport or picked them up when unexpected weather, cancellations, or delays disrupted their plans.
