Portugal is by far my favourite destination because it’s a beautiful blend of cultures from Asia, South America, and Africa. The country’s rich history of exploration and global connections shines through in its food, architecture, and way of life. From the vibrant streets of Lisbon to the historic town of Porto, every corner of Portugal feels alive with stories from the past. But what really sets Portugal apart for me are the Azores. These islands are like a world apart, offering the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.

I’ve just put together an incredible itinerary for an older couple who are heading to Scotland with family, and they couldn’t be more excited! Before they get to Scotland, they’ll have a short, relaxing stopover in Singapore, perfect for unwinding and enjoying some quiet time. But the real excitement begins when they head back – I’ve arranged for them to spend an unforgettable time in Los Angeles, where they’ll visit Universal Studios and take the world-famous Studio Tour, exploring a real film studio lot. Knowing how much they love films, I couldn’t resist adding this experience to their trip! They’re in for one magical adventure, and I’m so excited to have helped create it.
